So, I haven't really had time to do all the art that I want to do because of school. And when I do have the time, I don't really have anything driving me to do really good art. So I'll keep this short and cut to the chase; what do you guys think I need to improve on? I'm not looking for compliments here. I really want to know how I can "level up" my art skills. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated!

Well...it's 2018, y'all. I figured I should do my yearly wrap-up journal (mainly for myself, since these journals are the only written documentation of things that have happened to me).
Okie dokes, so, I noticed that every time when a new year is about to start, there are memes everywhere of people saying stuff like "boy, 2016 sure sucked. I hope 2017 is a lot better...oh wait, nvm, that sucked too. Well, here's to 2018!", and the pattern would continue till whatever year is coming up. Hey guys! I just wanted to pop in and say thanks for being so patient with me and the fact that I haven't really been posting anything for the past 2 months or so. This semester has left me really drained. It felt so busy that I had to give up art just to get average marks in my courses. Because of that, I've felt like complete and utter shit (pardon my french), and have lost my mojo. As the semester has been coming to an end, I've been slowly getting back into sketching, and while that has been fun, whenever I try to do digital art, I lose all desire to draw. Inktober!
Guess who's gonna do Inktober this year? That's right, c'est moi! I did it 2 years ago, but I didn't do it last year cause I knew I was gonna be super busy with my classes. Well...looks like I'm gonna be doing it this year and be busy with classes. I found a prompt list I want to use, and it includes things I wouldn't normally draw (although it is still human-related). The reason why I'm doing it this year is because I'm tired of drawing the same thing over and over, and I don't feel really creative. Hopefully, with a prompt list, I'll be pushed out of my comfort zone.
Because I'm doing Inktober this year, I don't think I'll have time to do
